In order to give you an estimate, we will need the following information:

 

Is it Commercial or Residential?

What is the subject of your mural? e.g. Landscape, human figures, columns, etc. If you have samples of a specific artist or style that you would like us to replicate, please provide us with the image, photographs available.

Where are you located?

What is your time frame and the hours available to work at the mural site?

What is the wall size, mural size?

What is the wall surface shape? e.g. smooth, rough, curved…

What is the condition of the wall? e.g. recently painted, wallpaper, sheetrock…

 

The following is a list of variables that can add to the price of your mural were applicable:

 

Location: distance from studio, travel fees…

Availability of space: day hours, night hours Design revision fees: any changes to the mural during execution that were not part of the  approved  initial contract (artwork, approved composition, place, colors, etc) will be billed separately.

Special rental equipment or personnel: scaffold, wallpaper removal company, cleaning crews…

Canvas Installation: will be done by a professional wallpaper hanger

We will visit you at your location and provide you with ideas and concepts for your room, office or commercial space.

 

Visit at your location

Our research fee is payable when you sign the contract. This fee will cover the research, drawings, materials, photography and tax (if applicable). Should the client/s change their mind about doing a mural with the initial approved drawings and require a complete new set of drawings, the client must pay the research fee for a second time before any new drawings and ideas can be developed further.

If you would like us to do the art work and design for your mural only (limited to drawings and color recipe) we will do it for a fee. The fee will vary depending on the size, subject and complexity of your mural. You can have our designs and paint the mural yourself or hire another professional to do your mural.

Design revision fees: are considered any changes to the mural during execution that was not part of the approved initial artwork.

These changes are billed per revision change. If you want a complete set of new drawing you have to pay our research fee again.

Any professional artist or firm interested in hiring us for your project can be quoted a daily rate by submitting their request in writing to us. When you hire us to do your mural, we will sign a contract with the mural price, timeline, approved drawings and specification and guidelines previously agreed to by the customer and our atelier. We require a 20% deposit due to verbal and signed agreement (non-refundable), 40% due when the project begins and 40% due on the day of completion.
